As the physical building takes shape, we are active on and off the job site providing clarifications and supplemental details as needed to ensure the quality and progress of the project. We really enjoy working directly with the trades and craftspeople who execute your project. We learn everyday and look for opportunities to capitalize on what theses skilled and experienced individuals can bring to the table.
We are working closely with general contractor and their sub contractors in order to ensure that the construction documents are interpreted and executed in accordance with the architectural design concepts. Performing shop drawing review is an important step in the process and we can review applications for payment and change orders that have been authorized.
